Do you offer nationwide delivery?

We deliver only in Cape Town and surroundings. Gift boxes can be shipped nationwide.

What are your delivery charges?

Delivery costs range from R50 to R250, based on your address. You can also pick up your order in-store.

What are your delivery times?

We deliver between 12:00 and 17:00. We'll arrange a delivery slot with your recipient and notify you once delivered.

How can I add special instructions to my order?

Add special instructions on the checkout page. If you forget, email us or text via the WhatsApp icon.

How can I change or cancel my order?

Change or cancel your order within 24 hours of the delivery date. Canceled orders get a full refund as a Planned Gifts Voucher, valid for 3 years.
