These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Planned Weddings and Gifts (Pty) Ltd (“Planned”, “we”, “our” or “us”) website, products and services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

- colours may differ depending on screen settings;
- flowers are seasonal and naturally vary;
- product availability cannot always be guaranteed.
Where necessary, Planned reserves the right to substitute flowers, containers, packaging or gift items with products of similar style, quality and equal or greater value while maintaining the overall appearance and value of the arrangement.
6. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated:
- all prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR);
- prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable;
- delivery charges are calculated separately at checkout.
Prices may change without prior notice.
Should an obvious pricing error occur due to a system malfunction or administrative mistake, Planned reserves the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amounts already paid.
7. Orders
An order placed through our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
Acceptance of an order only occurs once Planned has confirmed the order and payment has been successfully authorised.
We reserve the right to:
- refuse any order;
- cancel any order before dispatch;
- limit quantities purchased;
- request additional verification before processing an order;

- load shedding;
- incorrect delivery information;
- events beyond our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details are complete and accurate.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy.
Fresh flowers and other perishable products are subject to specific return limitations due to their nature.
Nothing contained within this Policy limits any statutory rights afforded to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act.

12. Gift Cards and Vouchers
Gift cards and promotional vouchers:
- are non-refundable unless required by law;
- may not be exchanged for cash;
- may be subject to expiry dates and additional terms.
Lost or stolen vouchers may not be replaced.

5. Products and Services
5.1 General
Planned Weddings and Gifts (Pty) Ltd (“Planned”) offers a range of products and services, including but not limited to fresh flowers, floral arrangements, gift hampers, corporate gifts, promotional merchandise, wedding gifts, event gifting, seasonal products, personalised gifts and related services.
All products offered through the Website are subject to availability and may be withdrawn, amended or discontinued without prior notice.
Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure that products displayed on the Website accurately represent the products supplied, images are provided for illustrative purposes only and should not be regarded as exact representations of the final product.
5.2 Product Availability
All orders remain subject to product availability at the time of processing.
Where a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Planned reserves the right to:
- substitute the unavailable item with a product of equal or greater value and similar quality;
- contact the Customer to discuss suitable alternatives;
- delay dispatch until stock becomes available; or
- cancel the affected portion of the order and refund the applicable amount.
Nothing contained herein shall oblige Planned to source products from alternative suppliers where such products are unavailable through its normal supply chain.
5.3 Seasonal Flowers
Fresh flowers are natural products and are subject to seasonal availability, climatic conditions, import restrictions, quality standards and supplier availability.
Accordingly, Planned reserves the right to substitute flower varieties, colours, foliage, containers, wrapping, ribbons and decorative accessories with suitable alternatives that maintain the overall design, colour palette and commercial value of the arrangement.
Substitutions shall not constitute a defect or breach of contract provided the overall presentation and value of the arrangement are materially maintained.
5.4 Corporate and Wedding Orders
Corporate gifting, wedding flowers, event flowers and bespoke arrangements are prepared specifically to customer requirements.
Accordingly, once production has commenced, amendments or cancellations may not be possible and additional charges may apply where changes are requested after confirmation.
Large corporate or event orders may require advance payment, written approval of quotations and minimum lead times before production commences.
5.5 Personalised Products
Products manufactured or personalised specifically for a Customer, including branded corporate gifts, engraved products, printed items or customised hampers, cannot ordinarily be returned unless they are defective or materially inconsistent with the approved artwork or specification.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all artwork, spelling, logos and information submitted for personalisation are accurate before production commences.
5.6 Product Descriptions
Although Planned takes reasonable care to ensure product descriptions, pricing, measurements and specifications are accurate, minor variations may occur.
Planned does not warrant that every description, photograph or specification will be completely free from typographical, photographic or administrative errors.
Where an obvious error has occurred, Planned reserves the right to correct such error and, where necessary, cancel the affected order with a full refund.
5.7 Quality Standards
Planned is committed to supplying products of acceptable quality in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Should any product fail to meet reasonable quality standards, Customers are encouraged to notify Planned as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with the Refunds and Returns Policy.
Nothing contained within these Terms limits any rights afforded to consumers under sections 55 and 56 of the Consumer Protection Act, 2008
